Insurance
Currently, MQA does accept insurance for individual and our support groups. We also understand that currently, there are a lot of restrictions to health care coverage in today's world and we want to try and help with that if we can.

Private Insurance
Currently, we accept private insurances (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Allegiance, etc.

Medicaid/Medicare
Currently, MQA is working on ways we can bill for services through Medicaid and Medicare. Until we do, please still reach out to discuss a discounted rate for services.

Uninsured/Sliding Fee
Currently we offer a sliding scale application for anyone who would be interested. If interested, reach out to us to find out what information we will require.
