Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Finding a therapist who truly gets you, your identity, your community, your life in Montana shouldn't be a barrier to getting support. At Montana Queer Alliance, our individual therapy services are designed to meet you where you are, offering affirming, culturally responsive care for people across rural and frontier Montana.

Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or the weight of living in a world that doesn't always see you clearly, our therapists provide a warm, collaborative space to work through what's hard and move toward what feels meaningful.

What to Expect

Therapy at MQA is low-barrier and built around your needs. You don't need to have it all figured out to reach out.

Sessions are available to youth, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
