Individual Therapy

Ace Reba-Jones (he/him) is a Social Worker Licensure Candidate (SWLC) who provides compassionate, affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and families. As a queer clinician, he understands how important it is to feel seen, safe, and respected.

His work is trauma-informed, strengths-based and grounded in approaches that honor both personal experience and the larger systems that shape our lives. Ace has a passion supporting folks with gender and identity related concerns, supporting in the exploration of authenticity, navigating coming out and transitioning, addressing minority stress, and building self-acceptance, clarity, confidence, and a grounded sense of self. Ace also has experience in grief and loss, chronic illness, end of life care, justice involvement, and the impact of discrimination and systemic oppression. He also supports clients with high acuity needs and complex relational and emotion regulation patterns, including chronic suicidality and self-harm.

Ace’s work is grounded in an integrative approach informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment-based frameworks, narrative therapy, family and systems approaches, and feminist theory, with interventions tailored to each client’s goals, culture, and context.
Together, you will build practical tools for coping and regulation, deepen insight and self-compassion, and strengthen connection and meaning, even when life feels heavy or uncertain.
