About the Event
Join us for a special community screening of Paris Is Burning at The Myrna Loy, a landmark documentary that captures the beauty, struggle, and resilience of New York’s 1980s drag ball culture. Through intimate storytelling and unforgettable visuals, this film honors the artistry, identity, and resistance of Black and Latinx LGBTQIA+ communities who shaped a movement and left a lasting legacy.
Before, during, and after the film, Montana Queer Alliance will be offering free and confidential HIV & STI rapid testing, harm reduction resources, and information about our services.
This event is more than just a film night, it's a celebration of history, community, and queer liberation.
Tickets will be on sale soon!
Special thanks to our generous sponsors: Montana Book Co. and Dear Potato for helping make this event possible.
